About the Role
We’re hiring a Director of Client Success (Contract) who knows paid media inside and out — especially programmatic. You’ll guide clients from onboarding through growth, making sure campaigns launch fast, perform well, and expand over time.
This role requires deep experience in paid media and programmatic advertising — someone who can confidently discuss performance, pacing, optimization, and strategy while driving client satisfaction and growth. You’ll work closely with the Partner & Head of Operations to ensure delivery stays sharp and clients stay happy.
Your goal: make every client feel supported, see measurable lift, and expand their partnership with Revenue Arc.
This is a contract role with the potential for full-time hire in early 2026. We’re looking to get someone rolling now.What You’ll Do
Be the main point of contact for clients after they sign.
Project-manage onboarding and launch timelines.
Understand client goals and translate them into clear steps for the ops team.
Track campaign delivery and performance (with support from reporting/ops).
Identify upsell opportunities across Programmatic, Meta, YouTube, and Search.
Lead recurring check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Partner with the Head of Operations to streamline communication and delivery workflows.
Maintain accurate client tracking and growth reporting.
What You Bring
6+ years of hands-on experience in paid media advertising — including at least 5 years in programmatic advertising. This is an absolute must.
Proven experience managing multiple clients and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of DSPs, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with tools like StackAdapt, Basis, The Trade Desk, or DV360.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, proactive, and confident leading client conversations.
Strategic mindset with a focus on client growth and retention.
