Revenue Arc maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal or unethical activity within our advertising supply chain.
We do not knowingly engage with, purchase media from, or provide services to any individual or entity involved in, associated with, or benefiting from criminal, exploitative, or malicious conduct.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Terrorist organizations, sanctioned groups, or organized crime syndicates;

3.1 Mandatory Law Enforcement Engagement

Should Revenue Arc become aware of, or reasonably suspect, that any advertiser, publisher, platform, or partner is engaged in illegal or nefarious activity of any nature, Revenue Arc will immediately and without delay escalate the matter to appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

Revenue Arc will not conduct or wait for completion of any internal investigation prior to reporting. Instead, we will:

  • Promptly contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for U.S. matters, and/or

  • Notify INTERPOL or relevant international enforcement agencies for cross-border or foreign activity.

Revenue Arc will preserve all applicable records, logs, and communications, and will fully cooperate with official investigations, providing data as requested.
We consider early law-enforcement involvement a critical step in maintaining transparency, trust, and the security of the digital-advertising ecosystem.

If you possess or become aware of information suggesting illegal activity connected to any Revenue Arc-related advertising, platform, or partner, you are strongly encouraged and obligated to report it immediately to contact@revenuearc.com.
Provide as much identifying detail as possible (e.g., advertiser names, URLs, creative IDs, screenshots, timestamps).
